Honoring Patricia Watson - SAE Gymnasium Dedication

SAE has officially dedicated its gymnasium to Patricia "Patti" Watson to honor her lasting impact and dedication to the community.
The dedication committee, led by Kevin Raudonautis along with members Tami Ostrom, Tina Andre, Charlene Carey, Jen Pareseau, Bridget Flood, Tracie Siegel, Erin Selfridge, and Emily Gallagher, was recognized for organizing a moving, two-year planning effort that beautifully celebrated Watson's legacy.

Her Lasting Legacy
Patti approached her work with a joyful spirit that lifted everyone around her. She built deep, authentic connections with both students and colleagues. The packed gym at the ceremony beautifully proved just how many lives she touched. Her name on the gymnasium walls will forever inspire us to be our best. There is no one more deserving.

DYRSD Bus Transportation Request for the 2026–2027 School Year

Dear Dolphin Families,
The district has a new transportation request process for the 2026–2027 school year. Families must fill out a transportation form for each student to let us know if bus service is needed for next school year.
To make sure transportation is ready for the first day of school in September, forms must be turned in by June 25.
Forms turned in after June 25 may not be processed before school starts. Returning students who do not submit a form by the deadline will not automatically receive bus transportation. Families will need to submit a late request, which could cause a delay in service.
If you have any questions or need any assistance please reach out to your child's school.
Thank you for your attention to this important deadline. link

Young Mariner Program

Cape Cod Maritime Museum - Young Mariner Program

The Young Mariner Program is a full-day, Monday–Friday on-the-water summer camp for students entering grades 4 - 7. Campers explore Cape Cod’s marine environment through hands-on, STEM-based activities both on the water and in our museum classroom. Activities include fishing, lobstering, beachcombing, marine science experiments, and learning about local ecosystems and maritime careers.

The program is designed to increase access to maritime education for Cape Cod youth, and we are proud to offer full and partial scholarships to families who may need financial assistance. The goal is to ensure that cost is not a barrier to participating in this experience.
